PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic water producing device which uses only salt water as an electrolyzed substance solution and therefore makes it possible to easily handle the electrolyzed substance solution, and the weakly acidic electrolytic water and slightly acidic electrolytic water produced by which can be safely used in disinfecting space and an object, and to provide a disinfection method using the electrolytic water.SOLUTION: An anode chamber 10 and a cathode chamber 12 of a two-chamber type electrolytic tank 2 which is portable and formed into a compact shape are filled with salt water having a predetermined concentration as an electrolyzed substance solution, and the electrolyzed substance solution is electrolyzed in the two chambers which are separated by a diaphragm 7 composed of an ion exchange membrane. Strongly acidic electrolytic water is produced in the anode chamber 10, and alkaline electrolytic water is produced in the cathode chamber 12. Cathode chamber production water which is taken out of the cathode chamber 12 is added to anode chamber production water which is taken out of the anode chamber 10 to produce weakly acidic electrolytic water which is adjusted to pH 3.0-5.0 and an effective chlorine concentration of 10-60 ppm. The produced weakly acidic electrolytic water is sprayed into a target room to kill and remove bacteria, or the produced weakly acidic electrolytic water is sprayed on a target object to kill and remove bacteria.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】食塩水のみを被電解物質溶液とすることで被電解物質溶液の取り扱いを容易なものとし、生成した弱酸性電解水や微酸性電解水を空間除菌や物品の除菌に安全に使用できる電解水による消毒殺菌方法および電解水の生成装置を提供する。【解決手段】携行搬送可能な小型形状体をなす二室型電解槽2の陽極室10と陰極室12とに被電解物質溶液として所定濃度の食塩水を満たし、イオン交換膜からなる隔膜7で隔てた前記二室において被電解物質溶液を電気分解し、陽極室10で強酸性電解水を生成し、陰極室12でアルカリ性電解水を生成し、陽極室10から取り出す陽極室生成水に陰極室12から取り出す陰極室生成水を加えて、pH3.0-5.0、有効塩素濃度10-60ppmに調整した弱酸性電解水を生成し、生成した弱酸性電解水を対象室内に噴霧して殺菌・除菌する、あるいは生成した弱酸性電解水を対象物に噴霧して殺菌・除菌する。【選択図】図1
