The present invention relates to an anti-snoring device, comprising: a tongue accommodation body where the bottom is opened to cover a tongue and accommodate the same at the bottom in the direction crossing the longitudinal direction of the tongue along the longitudinal direction of the tongue when inserted into the mouth between the palate and the tongue, and an arc-type accommodation space is enlarged and formed along the longitudinal direction to the upper part； and an isolated unit protruding to the upper part on an upper surface of the tongue accommodation body, and forming an air circulation space between the palate and the tongue accommodation body.
