The present invention relates to a catheter assembly which is a medical instrument having one side where a tube connected to a medicine container is inserted and fixed and the other side inserted into blood vessels, can control the supply of a liquid medicine, and prevents the leakage of blood in the case of temporarily separating the tube to replace the liquid medicine. The catheter assembly comprises: a cannula part consisting of a cannula and a cannula housing which is arranged on the rear of the cannula and has a hollow part formed on the inner part, wherein the hollow part consists of a conical cavity part whose cross section gradually becomes smaller toward the cannula and a cylindrical cavity part a needle part consisting of a needle body inserted into the cannula and a needle housing fixed to the rear of the cannula housing and a catheter part consisting of a case inserted and fixed into the cylindrical cavity part, a boundary membrane fixed to the end part of the case and arranged on a boundary between the conical cavity part and the cylindrical cavity part, a spring embedded in the case, and a catheter elastically supported to the spring and mounted in the case.
