PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot massage device for comfortably massaging the arch of a foot and the foot on the whole.SOLUTION: The foot massage device includes a foot enclosing bag 22 set to enclose the foot, and an arch pressing bag 24 set at a position corresponding to the arch of the foot on the inner side of the foot enclosing bag. The arch pressing bag includes a pressure sheet 36 facing the surface of the arch, and a support sheet 42 layered on the pressure sheet between the pressure sheet and the foot enclosing bag to demarcate a second air chamber 40. An inner sheet 30 of the foot enclosing bag and the support sheet of the arch pressure bag have through-holes communicating with each other, so that compression air is introduced into a first air chamber 32 to expand the foot enclosing bag, and the foot is pressed from around the bag.
