PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defibrillation electrode attachable without being accompanied by a thoracotomy and capable of performing defibrillation with smaller energy.SOLUTION: The defibrillation electrode 21 includes: an electrode part 23 which has an electrode surface 23A a lead part 24 which is connected to the electrode part on the distal end side, and is capable of transmitting a rotating operation to itself to the electrode part an index part 28A which is formed at a part in a circumferential direction of the lead part on the proximal end side of the lead part and a connector 30 which is provided on the proximal end par of the lead part and connected with an implantation type defibrillator.
