The present invention relates to the field of human health and more particularly the treatment of Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) by mazindol. The latter may be administered monotherapy or in combination with one or more compounds, including psychostimulants, for the indication of ADHD and associated or comorbid symptoms.La présente invention concerne le domaine de la santé humaine et plus particulièrement le traitement du trouble déficit de l'attention/hyper-activité (TDAH) par le mazindol.
