The present invention relates to a teeth whitening process which includes providing a matrix of LEDs (20) arranged in the foreground that form an inner arc (30) having an inner focal point (31) and an outer arc ( 40) having an external focal point (41) different from the internal focal point； applying a whitening composition to at least the anterior surfaces of at least six anterior mandibular or maxillary teeth and maintaining the whitening composition to at least six teeth for a first period of time； after the first time period, direct a light radiation comprising visible blue light or near-visible UV light of at least a threshold intensity from at least one first array of leds for a second period of time to the anterior surfaces of the least six teeth, the first time being longer than 50% of the total first time and second time duration； and removing the whitening composition from at least six teeth.a presente invenção refere-se a um processo de branqueamento dos dentes que inclui fornecer uma matriz de leds (20) dispostos em um primeiro plano que formam um arco interno (30) que tem um ponto focal interno (31) e um arco externo (40) que tem um ponto focal externo (41) diferente do ponto focal interno； aplicar uma composição branqueadora ao menos às superfícies anteriores de ao menos seis dentes mandibulares ou maxilares anteriores e manter a composição branqueadora nos ao menos seis dentes durante um primeiro período de tempo； após o primeiro período de tempo, direcionar uma radiação de luz que compreende luz azul visível ou luz uv quase visível de ao menos uma intensidade limite a partir da ao menos uma primeira matriz de leds por um segundo período de tempo para as superfícies anteriores dos ao menos seis dentes, sendo que o primeiro período de tempo tem uma duração maior que 50% de uma duração total do primeiro período de tempo e do segundo período de tempo； e remover a composição branqueadora dos ao menos seis dentes.
