To provide a percutaneous preparation that can make a medicine exhibiting high percutaneous absorption performances stay at an affected part for long hours.
SOLUTION: The percutaneous preparation is obtained by admixing electrolytically reduced water and stabilized at a pH of 10.5-14 and exhibiting high percutaneous absorption performances and aluminum magnesium silicate or sodium magnesium silicate acid with a gelling agent to cause them to gel. Incorporation of a medicine with the percutaneous preparation makes the medicine exhibiting high percutaneous absorption performances stay at an affected part for long hours.
