PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental implant body structure which is required for implant surgery.SOLUTION: A dental implant body structure 1 comprises: a body part a first screw thread part 11 a head part 15 plural second screw thread parts 12 and grooves 14 disposed on plural side surfaces. The body part has an axial direction Z of a drilling in a vertical direction, and the first screw thread part is positioned on one end of a direction where the body part is in the axial direction of the drilling, and the head part is positioned on the other end of the direction where the body part is in the axial direction of the drilling. The second screw thread parts have a pitch larger than that of the first screw thread part. A radial side of the body part is provided on a lateral part.
