The present invention relates to a lower limb rehabilitation system including a lower limb rehabilitation apparatus for improving the rotary motion of the lower body of a rehabilitation trainee. The system comprises: an evaluation unit for evaluating at least one of proprioceptive sensation, vestibular sense, visual response ability, and exercise ability of a rehabilitation trainee； a control unit for generating information on bio-signal feedback and generating a lower body training program of the rehabilitation trainee based on a signal from the evaluation unit and symptom of the rehabilitation trainee； and an image output apparatus for outputting the information on the bio-signal feedback and the lower body training program. The system receives a signal of the lower body training program from the control unit and drives a lower limb rehabilitation apparatus.본 발명은 재활 훈련자의 하체 회전 거동 향상을 위한 하지 재활 장치를 포함하는 하지 재활 시스템으로서, 재활 훈련자의 자기 수용 감각, 전정 감각, 시각 반응 능력 및 운동 능력 중 어느 하나 이상을 평가하는 평가부； 평가부로부터의 신호와 재활 훈련자의 증상에 기초하여, 생체 신호 피드백 정보를 생성하고, 재활 훈련자의 하체 훈련 프로그램을 생성하는 제어부； 및 생체 신호 피드백 정보와 하체 훈련 프로그램을 출력하는 이미지 출력 장치를 포함하고, 제어부로부터 하체 훈련 프로그램의 신호를 전달받아 하지 재활 장치를 구동하는 하지 재활 시스템을 제공할 수 있다.
