PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter capable of improving the planting efficiency and easily grasping the state of a seedling box in feeding and having excellent maintainability of the transportation path of seedling boxes.SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter is provided with a seedling holding table for holding a plurality of seedling boxes N and a seedling box transportation path 7 to switch-back the seedling box N supplied from the seedling holding table and transport to a seedling pushing apparatus 6 positioned below the table. The seedling holding table is inclined downward from the front side to the back side based on the moving direction the seedling box transportation path 7 is positioned at the back of the seedling holding table and inclined downward from the back side to the front side the seedling holding table is composed of at least two stages comprising the upper stage seedling holding table 13 and the lower stage seedling holding table 14, and the lower stage seedling holding table 14 is made to be longer than the upper stage seedling holding table 13 and extended beyond the upper stage seedling holding table 13 to a position close to the seedling box transportation path 7.
