PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter suppressing change of a shape of a seedling take-out port of a sliding member and improving quality of a crop.SOLUTION: A seedling transplanter 1 includes: a seedling placing part 60 attached in a rear part of a travel vehicle body 2 and placing a seedling mat thereon； a stopper 62 arranged in a lower part of the seedling placing part 60, holding the seedling mat placed in the seedling placing part 60, and including a seedling take-out port 62a formed for taking out a seedling from the seedling mat； a seedling planting part 36 taking out a seedling from the seedling take-out port 62a and planting a seedling in a field； and a protection part 77 protecting the stopper 62 in a periphery of the seedling take-out port 62a.
