PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent contrast image in which it is easy to check a state of the ocular fundus in a region in which an examiner is interested.SOLUTION: An SLO 1 irradiates an excitation light from a laser beam emission part 11 onto the ocular fundus of an eye E to be examined, captures a first fluorescent contrast image of the ocular fundus of the eye to be examined based on signals from light receiving elements 25, 27, and 29 that receive a fluorescent light from the ocular fundus, sets a region of interest in a partial region designated by an examiner by operation input through an input interface of the first fluorescent contrast image, acquires brightness information in the region of interest of the first fluorescent contrast image, and acquires a second fluorescent contrast image in which the contrast in the region of interest is expanded with respect to the first fluorescent contrast image based on the acquired brightness information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】検者が関心を持っている領域における眼底の状態を確認しやすい蛍光造影画像を得ること。【解決手段】SLO1は、レーザー光射部11から被検眼Eの眼底へ励起光を照射させると共に,眼底からの蛍光を受光した受光素子25,27,29からの信号に基づいて被検眼の眼底の第1蛍光造影画像を撮影し、第1蛍光造影画像のうち、入力インターフェイスを介した操作入力によって検者から指定される一部の領域に、関心領域を設定し、第1蛍光造影画像の関心領域における輝度情報を取得し、取得した輝度情報に基づいて関心領域におけるコントラストが第1蛍光造影画像に対して伸長された第2蛍光造影画像を取得する。【選択図】図1
