The present invention relates to a wall-mounted rotary infrared radiation apparatus having a call function and a time management function. The wall-mounted rotary infrared radiation apparatus allows infrared rays to be conveniently applied to a patient which lies on a bed by rotating a radiation device at an angle of 180 degrees by two-stage rotation when the radiation device is fixed to a wall surface by a bracket. Furthermore, the wall-mounted rotary infrared radiation apparatus allows the patient to press a call button integrally mounted on the radiation device and call out a nurse via wireless and also allows the present state of radiation to be easily detected by a digital display unit even in a waiting room. The present invention allows a nurse to easily detect the radiation time of the radiation device (7) in a treatment room (10), completion of radiation, etc. in a reception office (20) by wireless communication between the treatment room (10) and the reception office (20). Furthermore, the present invention allows a patient to call out a nurse by a call button (2b) integrally mounted on the radiation device (7) in the treatment room (10), thereby dispensing with the necessity of mounting a separate call button.
