A disposable and collapsible bag packaging and connector system. The system includes a disposable and collapsible bag (1) having a chamber (2) that is filled or to be filled with a flowable product. The bag has a first connector (10) for dispensing the product from the bag, the first connector being permanently secured to the bag. The system includes a second connector (40) having an internal channel (41) for passage of the product, which second connector is releasably connectable to the first connector. The first and second connectors form a bayonet connection. The first connector comprises a rotary valve member (20) that upon rotation over an angle of the inserted connector relative to the other connector opens and closes the bag.
