PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process dejection and miction of a person who requires care and who is lying and not capable of performing excretion by oneself, automatically.SOLUTION: When an excrement sensing sensor 7 of an excrement reception cup 1 detects an excrement, warmed washing water in a warm water tank 46 is fed in the excrement reception cup 1 via a washing water hose 20 after passing of a certain time, and a private part and anal of a person who requires care, are washed. Foul water after washing and the excrement are introduced to the excrement reception cup 1. At the same time, a suction motor 39 is actuated, and sucks the foul water and excrement to a dirt tank 25 via a dirt suction hose 18. In the dirt tank, a separator 29 separates the dirt and air, the dirt is returned to the dirt tank, only air is sucked by a suction circulation tube 28. The air discharged from a suction motor is warmed by heat generated by operation of the suction motor, and is purified by an air purification filter 40, and is fed to the excrement reception cup via a return air hose 19. The air dries a crotch part of the person who requires care.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】一人で排尿や排便ができない横臥中の要介護者の排尿や排便を自動的に処理する。【解決手段】排泄物受けカップ1の排泄物検知センサ7が排泄物を検知すると、一定時間経過後に温水タンク46内の加温された洗浄水が洗浄水ホース20を介して排泄物受けカップ1に送り込まれ、要介護者の陰部と肛門が洗浄される。洗浄後の汚水と排泄物は排泄物受けカップ1へ導かれる。同時に吸引モータ39が作動し、汚物吸引ホース18を介して汚水と排泄物を汚物タンク25に吸引する。汚物タンクでセパレータ29によって汚物と空気を分離し、汚物を汚物タンクに戻し、空気のみを吸引循環管28から吸引する。吸引モータから吐出された空気は、吸引モータの動作時の発熱により加温されると共に、エア浄化フィルタ40により清浄化され、リターンエアホース19を介して排泄物受けカップに送られる。この空気によって要介護者の股間部を乾燥させる。【選択図】図1
