PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus capable of highly accurately measuring a shape of the cornea of a subject eye and a cornea shape measurement method therefor.SOLUTION: The ophthalmologic apparatus comprises: a cornea captured-image acquisition unit which captures an image of a cornea projected with pattern light and acquires a captured image of the cornea including a reflected image of the pattern light; a pupil diameter change unit that changes the diameter of the pupil of the subject eye one or more times; a reexecution control unit which reexecutes pattern light projection by a pattern light projection optical system and cornea captured-image acquisition by the cornea captured-image acquisition unit each time the pupil diameter is changed by the pupil diameter change unit; an interferential reflection image detection unit which detects an interferential reflection light image from all cornea captured-images acquired by the cornea captured-image acquisition unit; a normal reflection image detection unit which detects a normal reflection image from at least one of the cornea captured-images acquired by the cornea captured-image acquisition unit; and a cornea shape calculation unit which calculates the cornea shape of the subject eye on the basis of the normal reflection image detected by the normal reflection image detection unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】被検眼の角膜形状を高精度に測定することができる眼科装置及びその角膜形状測定方法を提供する。【解決手段】パターン光が投影されている角膜を撮影して、パターン光の反射像を含む角膜撮影像を取得する角膜撮影像取得部と、被検眼の瞳孔径を少なくとも1回以上変化させる瞳孔径変化部と、瞳孔径変化部により瞳孔径が変化されるごとに、パターン光投影光学系によるパターン光の投影と、角膜撮影像取得部による角膜撮影像の取得とを、再実行させる再実行制御部と、角膜撮影像取得部により取得された全ての角膜撮影像から、干渉反射像の検出を行う干渉反射像検出部と、角膜撮影像取得部により取得された角膜撮影像の少なくとも1つから、正常反射像を検出する正常反射像検出部と、正常反射像検出部が検出した正常反射像に基づき、被検眼の角膜形状を演算する角膜形状演算部と、を備える。【選択図】図7
