PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube with both flexibility and abrasion resistance, and a method of manufacturing the tube and further, to provide a tube with heat resistance, effective when used in a heating device, as well as flexibility and abrasion resistance, and a method of manufacturing the tube.
SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the tube is to manufacture the tube by applying an electron beam 13 with the acceleration voltage of 150 keV or lower to a flexible tube material 10 such as a thermoplastic high-molecular material. The tube with both flexibility and abrasion resistance can be manufactured by the method. Further, by applying the electron beam 13 not only to the outer surface but also to the end face of the tube material 10 in the method of manufacture, the tube with heat resistance as well as flexibility and abrasion resistance can be obtained.
