PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means that can suppress the development of carcass flaws even under feeding management of limiting vitamin A supplied amount.SOLUTION: The inventors of this application studied intensively and found that supplying albumin to cattle in which the supplied amount of vitamin A is limited can prevent the development of a lump and muscular edema. According to the invention, since a simple method of supplying albumin can suppress the development of a lump and muscular edema in a carcass even if the supplied amount of vitamin A is limited extremely in order to increase marbling, carcass of high evaluation and high price can be produced.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】ビタミンＡ給与量を制限した飼養管理下においても枝肉の瑕疵発生を抑制できる手段を提供すること。【解決手段】本願発明者らは、鋭意研究の結果、ビタミンＡ給与量が制限された肉牛にアルブミンを補給することでシコリ及びズルの発生を防止できることを見出した。本発明によれば、アルブミンの給与という簡便な手法により、サシを高めるべくビタミンＡ給与量を極端に制限しても枝肉のシコリ及びズルの発生を抑制できるので、高評価・高価格の枝肉を生産することができる。【選択図】なし
