The replacement device comprises: first and second units, which replace the centrum of an intervertebral disk of a patient and a fixing device for fixing a peripheral bone and the first and second units. Each of the first and second units comprises a cover portion and fastening portions. The cover portion is formed to bend along a curved surface. The fastening portions are formed on one end and the other end of the cover portion, respectively. La partie couverture est conçue pour fléchir le long dune surface incurvée. Les parties fixation sont formées respectivement à une extrémité et à lautre extrémité de la partie couverture.
