PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cuff from being excessively tightly mounted.
SOLUTION: The cuff 10 is configured so as to be expanded and contracted. A cuff control part comprises the combination of a pump 24, a constant discharge valve 25, a rapid discharge valve 26, a pump driving part 28, a valve driving part 29 and a CPU 31, and controls the cuff 10. The cuff control part executes a cuff mounting assisting operation of maintaining the cuff 10 in an expanded state against pressurization applied to the cuff 10 when the mounting of the cuff 10 is started and contracting the cuff 10 according to the pressurization applied to the cuff 10 when the mounting of the cuff 10 is completed.
