PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buckwheat raw material-containing food composition large in the amount of nutrient components and good in taste and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: A buckwheat raw material-containing food composition contains tartary buckwheat grass roasted article by roasting tartary buckwheat grass and enoki boasted article by roasting enoki. A manufacturing method of the buckwheat raw material-containing food composition includes a tartary buckwheat drying process for drying the tartary buckwheat grass with root attached to obtain a tartary buckwheat grass dried article, a tartary buckwheat grass lyophilization process for lyophilizing the tartary buckwheat grass dried article to obtain a tartary buckwheat grass lyophilized article, an enoki drying process for drying enoki to obtain an enoki dried article, an enoki lyophilization process for lyophilizing the enoki dried article to obtain an enoki lyophilized article, and a roasting process for roasting the tartary buckwheat grass lyophilized article and the enoki lyophilized article to obtain the tartary buckwheat grass article and an enoki roasted article, and containing the tartary buckwheat grass article and the enoki roasted article.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
