The present invention provides indigenous low cost adjustable mandibular advancement device for obstructive sleep apnea. The adjustable custom made device consists of maxillary and mandibular acrylic plates with clasps for retention, joined by two expansion screws used in arch expansion appliances. With the help of screws, this device can be calibrated for accuracy. A key is 10 provided with the expansion screw for adjustment of the device. Key is inserted into the keyhole provided in expansion screw.
