PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instillation assisting implement attaining instillation of an ophthalmic solution into an exact position.SOLUTION: An instillation assisting implement body 100 includes: an eyepiece part 1 abutting on an eyelid that covers an eyeball 61, and having a lower opening 5 formed in the substantially same diameter as the diameter L61 of the eyeball 61 a cylindrical grip part 3 allowing the eyepiece part 1 to be connected to the lower end thereof, having an upper opening 7 at the upper end, and gripped by the fingers of a user and a holding part 4 for holding an instillation container 50 inserted into the cylindrical shape of the grip part 3 from the upper opening 7 so that a drip opening 50c of the instillation container 50 is located on the central axis O1 of the lower opening 5. The lower opening 5 thereby abuts on the eyelid so as to be fitted into a hollow between the eyeball 61 and an eye orbit 60, and the central axis O1 of the lower opening 5 substantially coincides with a visual axis. As a result, the drip opening 50c of the instillation container 50 is located on the visual axis to attain instillation of the ophthalmic solution into the exact position.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】点眼液を的確な位置に滴下した点眼をすることのできる点眼補助具を提供する。【解決手段】眼球61を覆う瞼に当接され、眼球61の径L61と略同一径に形成された下部開口5を有した接眼部1と、下端に接眼部1が接続され、上端に上部開口7を有し、使用者の指に把持される筒状の把持部3と、把持部3の筒状内に、下部開口5の中心軸線O1上に点眼容器50の滴下口50cを位置させるように、上部開口7から挿入される点眼容器50を保持する保持部4と、を点眼補助具本体100に有していることにより、下部開口5が眼球61と眼窩60との間である窪みに嵌るように瞼に当接されて下部開口5の中心軸線O1と視線軸とが略一致し、その結果、点眼容器50の滴下口50cが視線軸上に位置するため、点眼液を的確な位置に滴下した点眼をすることができる。【選択図】図1
