PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a handle to be attached to and detached from a cooler box and to prevent the handle from coming off from the cooler box after the handle is mounted on the cooler box.SOLUTION: A mounting plate is provided at a predetermined interval from a wall surface of the cooler box body and has a hole. A locking member 30 includes a second locking part 34 lockable to a lower end of the mounting plate, a third locking part 35 lockable to an upper end of the mounting plate, a plate spring part 36 which connects the second locking part 34 and the third locking part 35, and performs biasing in order to lock the third locking part 35 to the upper end of the mounting plate when locking the second locking part 34 to the lower end of the mounting plate, a bias mechanism which performs biasing in order to lock the second locking part 34 to the lower end of the mounting plate, and a belt mounting part which is connected with the plate spring part 36, and capable of mounting a belt 40.
