PURPOSE: A plant growing apparatus with a housing for expanding space is provided to control the environment which plants are needed and protect the plants from pollutants. CONSTITUTION: A plant growing apparatus with a housing for expanding space comprises； a cultivation housing(10) with several cultivation beds, air conditioning system(14) with a module for heating and air conditioning equipped in the cultivation housing, a unit(20) for expanding housing with a door for an operator which is equipped in the housing for more space, a movable device for the unit for expanding housing which is between the unit for expanding housing and the cultivation housing, a curtain for controlling air which reduces exchanging heat between the outside air and the inside air when the door is opened. The movable device for the unit for expanding housing comprises； a rotating motor for offering driving force to a rotating axis, a converting device with rack and pinion which transform rotating driving force into linear driving force and a limit switch which is equipped to limit the range of how long the unit for extending housing moves. A waste heat releasing duct(16) and a waste heat exhaust part(16a) are equipped to release heated waste air.본 발명에 따르면, 다수개의 식물 재배 베드(11)을 포함하는 재배 하우징(10)과； 상기 식물 재배 베드(11) 상의 식물에 온도 조절된 공기가 제공되도록 상기 재배 하우징(10) 내에 설치되는 냉난방 모듈을 포함한 공조 장치(14)와； 상기 공조 장치(14)에 의해 재배 하우징(10)으로 공급되는 온도 조절된 공기가 외부 공기와 차단되도록 하면서 재배 하우징(10)의 독립 공간을 확대할 수 있도록 재배 하우징(10)의 전면에 연장 설치되며, 일측에 작업자 출입용 도어(21)를 구비한 하우징 확장부(20)와； 그리고 상기 하우징 확장부(20)가 상기 재배 하우징(10)으로부터 전면으로 돌출되어 사이에 작업 공간을 확장 형성하도록 하는 작업용 확장 공간 상태와, 상기 하우징 확장부(20)가 상기 재배 하우징(10)에 포개지는 상태로 수납되어 상기 공조 장치(14)가 제공하는 온도 조절된 공기가 공급되는 공간을 축소할 수 있도록 하는 식물 생육용 신축 공간 상태 사이를 전환시키도록, 상기 하우징 확장부(20)와 상기 재배 하우징(10) 사이에 제공되는 하우징 확장부 이동 장치(40)를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 독립 공간의 확장 및 신축이 가능한 재배 하우징을 구비한 식물 재배 장치가 제공된다.
