PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gel-like hair composition excellent in crumbliness of an agent, freshness in a hand, and compatibility with hair.SOLUTION: A gel-like hair composition contains (A) anionic polymer, (B) cationic polymer, and (C) water. Content of (A) anionic polymer to 100 mass% of the gel-like hair composition is 0.2 mass% or more and less than 1.0 mass%. Ratio of (B) cationic polymer to (A) anionic polymer is 0.17-1.80.
