PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleep controlling apparatus which can control the sleeping condition of a sleeper based on the condition of the sleeper and makes the sleeper sense an abnormal bedding condition.SOLUTION: A determination part 15 for a bedding condition determines whether the condition of a bedding 3a covering a sleeper 1 is good or bad. An acquisition part 14 for an atmospheric temperature acquires the atmospheric temperature around the sleeper 1.
