The device has two folding arms (2) attached to a main frame (1) and is pulled by a tractor at a three point suspension. Each of the arms (2) is equipped with a shares holding bar (8) to be rotated around its longitudinal axis by a hydraulic cylinder. The elements (20) holding the share units (21) are joined to the bars (8) with elastic rubber bearings (19) facilitating either a use of the shares (21) with the application of pressure or keeping them at a distance from the ground. The hydraulic cylinder acts in combination with a stop element.
