The invention relates to goggles. The goggles comprise: a lens assembly (1) having lateral end-regions (8)； a frame (2)； a head-holding assembly (3)； and two coupling assemblies (4) for detachably connecting same to one another. Each coupling assembly (4) comprises a first coupling device (11) arranged on the lens assembly (1), and a respective second coupling device (17) arranged on the head-holding assembly (3), said second coupling device having: a receiving means (26), that receives the head-holding assembly part, for receiving part of each first coupling device (11)； and a holding body (33) that can swivel and has a holding means (37). In the assembled state of the goggles, each holding body (33) and each first coupling device (11) of each coupling assembly (4) are connected to one another in an articulated manner via at least one joint projection (36). Each coupling assembly (4) also comprises a third coupling device (18) arranged on the frame (2), which third coupling device has a frame part-receiving means (25) for receiving part of each first coupling device (11), and which third coupling device also has a counter holding means (42) assigned to each holding means (37), when the respective holding body (33) is in a holding position.
