The present invention relates to a biological tissue inspection apparatus. The biological tissue inspection apparatus comprises a stage unit and a probe unit. The probe unit comprises an optical photographing unit, an optical interference detection unit, and a light guide unit. An inspection target is loaded on the stage unit, and the probe unit acquires an optical image and optical interference data for the inspection target by the optical photographing unit and the optical interference detection unit. The stage unit or the probe unit can move to position a selected area of the inspection target in an FOV of the optical interference detection unit and the optical photographing unit. The light guide unit allows illumination light from the optical photographing unit and measurement light from the optical interference detection unit to be coaxially emitted to the inspection target. A guide beam for displaying an area being measured can be additionally emitted. A magnification changing unit for adjusting a magnification for a measured image is included.
