PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag for packing a syringe from which the sterilized pre-filled syringe hardly drops and which is designed to exhibit a high gas sterilization property.
SOLUTION: The pillow-type bag 100 for packing the syringe includes a transparent and airtight resin film 104 and a breathable resin film 106 exhibiting a microbe barrier property and its planar shape is substantially rectangular. A seal breaking start part 108 for opening the pillow-type bag 100 for packing the syringe is arranged on one arbitrary side of a pair of long sides of its substantially rectangular shape. The breathable resin film 106 is arranged in the shape of a belt along the long axis of the substantially rectangular shape in one arbitrary surface of both sides of the planar shape of the bag 100 for packing the syringe. The belt-like region does not include the central axis of the substantially rectangular shape in the direction of its long axis and is arranged near one side of the pair of long sides of the substantially rectangular shape which is opposed to the seal breaking start part 108.
