The present invention relates to a shovel handle, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide a durable shovel handle in which a wooden core is inserted into a metal hollow pipe to prevent color degradation and corrosion of the wooden core and an upper part of a handle rod is integrally formed by performing injection molding of a grip using an insert in a mold for manufacturing a resin grip. The present invention configures the handle rod and the grip into an integrated shape in such a way that: a wooden core is inserted into a hollow pipe a &Prime+&Prime-shaped recess is provided on a top upper surface of the pipe to which the grip is coupled and a through hole is provided on a circumferential surface of the pipe the pipe is inserted into a mold for manufacturing a resin grip such that a resin material for the grip is filled in the &Prime+&Prime-shaped recess and the through hole. The present invention has merits in that the hollow metal pipe is positioned on an outer surface of the wooden core constituting the handle and thus, sunlight and corrosion is avoided and the handle is durable.
