Therapeutic hydrophile hydrogel material contains chitosan hydrochloride salt and/or chitosan, glycol or ascorbic or salicylic or azelaic and/or aminocapronic organic acids, a boron compound with polyvinyl alcohol, silicon polyolate, glycerin and water.
