PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in which, when a neck warmer or a muffler is used by wrapping around the face for the purpose of cold face protection, the reverse side gets wet with breath and is unpleasant and in which it causes smell with a lapse of time even if it dries and is hygienically unsuitable to use it again.SOLUTION: For the purpose of solving such shortcomings, a cut is made on the side of a neck warmer, with the position of the cut set in a place to fit the position of the mouth. In the state of using the neck warmer, the lower half of the face is completely covered, with the breath discharged outside through the cut. It is always clean and causes no problem through the use for a long time. It will not be mistaken as a suspicious person like a person in a ski mask.
