The present invention relates to a composition for treating and preventing blood pressure diseases. More particularly, the present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating or preventing a hypertension disease. According to the present invention, it has been found that Buspirone, which is known to have an effect of treating stress disorders, has use in treatment of symptoms of new diseases. The composition for treating and preventing blood pressure diseases according to the present invention is based on extension of the application spectrum of Buspirone. Particularly, it has been found that the Buspirone is effective for treating hypertension. Thus, the composition according to the present invention is suitable for administration to patients suffering from stress disorders and hypertension at the same time. In addition, the present invention is more effective for patients suffering from both disease symptoms and requiring co-administration of drugs having an effect of treating each of the disease symptoms, but having a significant limitation in dose of drugs due to the concern about side effects. Further, the composition is effective for treating or preventing hypertension not by dropping blood pressure artificially but by revealing a cause of essential hypertension or primary hypertension.본 발명은 혈압질환의 치료 및 예방용 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 고혈압 질환을 치료하거나 예방하는 약학 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 혈압질환의 치료 및 예방용 조성물은 기존에 스트레스성 질환을 치료하던 효과가 있던 부스피론에 관해 새로운 병증의 치료 용도가 있음을 밝혀 부스피론의 활용폭을 넓힌 발명이다. 특히 이러한 부스피론이 고혈압에도 치료 효과가 있음을 밝혀, 스트레스성 질환과 고혈압 질환을 동시에 보유하고 있는 환자들이 복용하기에 적합한 발명이다. 또한 두 가지 병증을 동시에 보유하고 있어 각각 치료 효과가 있는 약을 동시에 복용하여야 함에도 부작용의 우려 때문에 약의 복용 범위를 크게 제약 받던 환자들에게 치료 효과가 더욱 우수한 발명이다. 또한 인위적으로 혈압을 하강시키는 것이 아닌 본태성 고혈압이나 원발성 고혈압의 원인을 규명하여 고혈압을 치료하거나 예방하는 효과가 있다.
