The present invention relates to a cosmetic manufacturing apparatus which uses a cosmetic material according to needs of a user and enables a rapid and easy manufacture of cosmetics. The cosmetic manufacturing apparatus of the present invention comprises a heating stand having a heater installed on the bottom； a stirring container stored in the heating stand； a rotating unit providing a rotary force to the stirring container； and a stirring control unit controlling the motion of the rotating unit.
