PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal appliance which prevents damage on a cover or a movable appliance, generation of a large collision sound, damage on internal wiring, and accidental disconnection of a connected part even when the movable appliance hits the terminal appliance vigorously.SOLUTION: The terminal appliance 1 supplies power to or exchange information with electronic instruments by collecting a plurality of movable appliances 12 each mounting the electronic instrument 11. In the terminal appliance, a frame is formed by installing upper and lower connecting beams 4 and 5 across a pair of right and left supports 3 and by covering at least parts of the front and rear surface of the frame with the covers 6. A plurality of connecting terminals 10a for supplying power to or transmitting information to the electronic instruments of the movable appliances are arranged on appropriate positions of the frame.
