Means for Resolution: A pressed powder cosmetic composition comprising oily ingredients in an amount of from 1 to 20% by mass and powder ingredients in an amount of from 80 to 99% by mass, wherein the oily ingredients include di(isostearyl/phytosteryl) dimer dilinoleate or the pressed powder cosmetic composition which contains di (isostearyl/phytosteryl) dimer dilinoleate in a ratio of from 0.5 to 15% by mass in the total amount of the cosmetic composition.(과제) 내충격성이 우수한 고형 화장료를 제공하거나, 혹은, 내충격성과 양호한 사용성을 겸비한 고형 분말 화장료를 제공한다.
