The present invention relates to compositions containing nanoparticles anduses ofsaid composition for transferring therapeutically active substances into cellsbymeans of specifically coated nanoparticles. The chemical design of theparticles issuch that a large amount thereof is absorbed into the cells. No direct bondbetweennanoparticle and the therapeutically active substance is required for thetransfer intothe cells. Thanks to said transfer, an increased efficacy of the substance andsimultaneously reduced systemic toxicity is achieved, i.e. an increase in theefficacywhile the side effects are reduced.
