Included are a columnar prism (33) having a substantially circular shape when viewed from a light incident direction, the prism including an incident surface (33b) on which light is incident, a reflecting surface (33c) that reflects the light incident from the incident surface (33b) in a direction different from the incident surface (33b), and an emission surface (33d) that causes the light incident from a direction orthogonal to the incident surface (33b) and reflected from the reflecting surface (33c) to travel in a straight line, and emits the light to the outside, an imaging device (32) having a surface on which a light receiving unit that receives the light emitted from the emission surface (33d) and performs photoelectric conversion on the light is formed, and a cylindrical imaging holder (31) that protrudes from an outer edge of at least part of one end in line with a side surface shape of the prism 33, defines the position of the incident surface (33b) and holds the prism (33).
