PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a graph created with a result value of a wrong patient included from being forgotten to be erased in the case of reassociating a medical image of a measurement source of the amount of bone salt with patient information of a correct patient.SOLUTION: According to a medical image processor 3, a control part 31 measures the amount of bone salt on the basis of a medical image obtained by performing X-ray photographing of a second metacarpal bone of the left hand of a patient, stores a result value of the measured amount of bone salt, medical image of the measurement source, patient information, a measurement date and time, or the like in a storage part 33 by associating one with another, creates a graph image showing a secular change in the amount of bone salt on the basis of the result value of the measured amount of bone salt and the past result value of the same patient stored in the storage part 33, and stores the graph image in the storage part 33 in association with the medical image of the measurement source. Then, the control part 31 erases the graph image stored in association with the medical image from the storage part 33 in the case of reassociating the medical image stored in the storage part 33 with another patient information.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】骨塩定量の計測元の医用画像を正しい患者の患者情報に対応付けし直す場合に、誤った患者の結果値を含んで作成されたグラフの削除のし忘れを防止する。【解決手段】医用画像処理装置3によれば、制御部31は、患者の左手第二中手骨をX線撮影することにより得られた医用画像に基づいて骨塩定量を計測し、計測された骨塩定量の結果値と、その計測元の医用画像、患者情報及び計測日時等とを対応付けて記憶部33に記憶させるとともに、計測された骨塩定量の結果値及び記憶部33に記憶されている同一患者の過去の結果値に基づいて、骨塩定量の経時変化を示すグラフ画像を作成し、計測元の医用画像に対応付けて記憶部33に記憶させる。そして、制御部31は、記憶部33に記憶されている医用画像を別の患者情報に対応付けし直す場合に、当該医用画像に対応付けて記憶されているグラフ画像を記憶部33から削除する。【選択図】図14
