PURPOSE: A functional cream composition and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to ensure antibacterial and whitening effects and to enhance skin elasticity. CONSTITUTION: A functional cream composition contains 5-10%(v/v) of cucumber concentrated liquid； 35-45%(v/v) of base oil containing jojoba oil, castor oil, sunflower oil, and emulsifier； 1-10%(v/v) of moisturizer； 1-5%(v/v) of preservative； 5-10%(v/v) of herb extract； and remaining amount of purified water.
