The present invention relates to a method of cultivating bean sprouts using acorn deposits. Regarding the method of cultivating the bean sprouts, the bean sprouts are cultivated using diluted water where the acorn deposit is diluted which is provided at least once or more than once per day. Existing methods using growth promoters or pesticides result in the bean sprouts which are dowdyish having heads separated in two.
