Systems and methods for detecting and predicting Autism Spectrum Disorder ("ASD") in individuals using Auditory Brainstem Response ("ABR"). The ABR is processed to identify the amplitudes of the major peaks in the waveform, and in some examples the sum of the peaks is compared to a threshold.
