PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope camera head capable of securing the airtightness with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An endoscope camera head includes: a main body unit having an irregular tubular shape made of a metal or an alloy and including a hollow portion that is airtightly concealed an imaging unit accommodated in the hollow portion of the main body unit and configured to generate an image signal based on light from an object and an operating unit configured to output an operation signal for operating the imaging unit.
