PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag with a chuck which can prevent remaining of hydrogen peroxide used for sterilization at an inexpensive price.SOLUTION: A packaging bag 1 with a chuck comprising a bag body 2 having an opening schedule line 5, and a chick 3 provided along the opening schedule line inside the bag body, in which the chuck comprises a pair of fitting parts 21, 22 which are detachably fitted to each other, and a pair of fitting stems 23, 24 which are formed integrally respective fitting parts, and are respectively fixed to a pair of opposite surface parts 18, 19 inside the bag body. The first fitting stem 23 has a pair of extension parts 25, 26 which so extend in a width direction as to be longer than both ends of the second fitting stem 24 in a width direction, and each tip of the pair of extension parts is bonded to the opposite surface part to which the second fitting stem is fixed.
