PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment instrument used for sticking a cladding material to an affected part in a body by which work of attaching a cladding material to the treatment instrument, and work of expanding the cladding material in a body are easily performed, and by which a cladding material of large size can be expanded in a body.SOLUTION: A treatment instrument 1 includes a cylindrical body 2, a wire 3 that is inserted in the cylindrical body 2 so as to freely advance and retreat, a plurality of pins 4 radially extending from a leading end 3a of the wire 3 that penetrates through a cladding material H. Elastic force acting outward in the radial direction of the wire 3 is applied to each of the plurality of pins 4. When the wire 3 is caused to advance, the plurality of pins 4 are pushed outside the cylindrical body 2, and brought into an expanded state by the elastic force, thereby the cladding material H being expanded outside the cylindrical body 2. When the wire 3 is caused to retreat, the plurality of pins 4 are pulled inside the cylindrical body 2, and brought into a converged state, thereby the cladding material H being narrowed and housed inside the cylindrical body 2.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】体内の患部に被覆材を貼り付けるために使用される処置具であって、該処置具に被覆材を取り付けるための作業や、体内で被覆材を広げるための作業が容易であり、また、大きな寸法の被覆材を体内で広げることが可能な処置具を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の処置具1は、筒体2と、筒体2内に進退自在に挿入されるワイヤ3と、ワイヤ3の先端部3aから放射状に延びて、被覆材Hが刺し通される複数のピン4とを備える。複数のピン4の各々には、ワイヤ3の径方向外向きの弾性力が付勢される。ワイヤ3を前進させた場合には、複数のピン4が、筒体2の外側に押し出されて、弾性力により拡開した状態になることで、被覆材Hは、筒体2の外側で広げられた状態になる。ワイヤ3を後退させた場合には、複数のピン4が、筒体2の内部に引き込まれて収束した状態になることで、被覆材Hは、窄んで筒体2の内部に収納された状態になる。【選択図】図1
