A surgical instrument for use during arthroscopic surgery comprising an elongated member, a handle, a tool disposed at the opposite end from the handle of the elongated member, and a reflecting member disposed along the elongated member and configured to reflect a line of sight of an arthroscope during arthroscopic surgery.
