An antibody or antibody fragment having an antigenic binding site specifically directed against an MN protein, wherein the antigenic binding site includes at least one CDR1, CDR2 or CDR3: (a) said CDR1 is selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOS : 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 77, 80, 81, 86, 87, 88, 89, 98, 99, 104, 107, 108 and an amino acid sequence having approximately more than 80% identity of any of the SEQ sequences ID NOS: 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 77, 80, 81, 86, 87, 88, 89, 98, 99, 104, 107 or 108; (b) said CDR2 is selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOS: 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69, 78, 82, 83, 90, 91, 92, 93, 100, 101, 105, 109, 110 and am an acid sequence having about 80% identity with any of the sequences of SEQ ID NOS: 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69, 78, 82, 83, 90, 91, 92, 93, 100, 101, 105, 109 or 110; (c) said CDR3 is selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOS: 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 79, 84, 85, 94, 95, 96, 97, 102, 103 , 106, 111, 112 and an amino acid sequence having about 80% identity with any of the sequences of SEQ ID NOS: 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 79, 84, 85, 94, 95, 96, 97 , 102, 103, 106, 111 or 112.2.
